If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service

3. Account Registration
To use Traxo, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up to date
You may authenticate using email and password or through a supported OAuth provider (Google). Each account must be associated with a valid email address. You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
4. Plans & Billing
Traxo offers the following subscription plans:
| Plan | Price | Monitors | Check Interval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/month | 10 monitors | 5 minutes |
| Pro | $29/month | 100 monitors | 1 minute |
| Business | $79/month | 500 monitors | 30 seconds |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | Unlimited | 30 seconds |
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via RevenueCat. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you exceed the limits of your current plan, you may be required to upgrade or reduce your usage.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Traxo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use monitors for denial-of-service attacks: You may not configure monitors in a way that intentionally overwhelms, floods, or disrupts target services. Traxo monitors are designed for legitimate uptime checking only.
- Monitor URLs you do not own or control: You must have authorization to monitor any URL, IP address, or domain you add to Traxo. Monitoring third-party services without permission is prohibited.
- Circumvent rate limits: You must not attempt to bypass or circumvent the rate limits, check intervals, or monitor limits associated with your plan.
- Abuse the API: API access must comply with documented rate limits. Automated requests that exceed these limits may be throttled or blocked.
- Reverse engineer the Service: You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of Traxo.
- Resell without authorization: You may not resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent from Traxo.
- Transmit harmful content: You may not use Traxo to distribute malware, phishing content, or any material that is unlawful, threatening, or harassing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Traxo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Traxo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Traxo.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to Traxo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traxo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Downtime or outages of your services that Traxo failed to detect or report

- Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
In no event shall Traxo's total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Traxo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that Traxo will detect every outage or performance issue with your monitored services. You acknowledge that monitoring results may be affected by network conditions, third-party infrastructure, and other factors outside our control.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@traxo.dev or through the account settings in the dashboard. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
- All monitors will stop running and alert channels will be deactivated
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements
- Any remaining balance on your subscription will not be refunded unless required by law
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation requires immediate action.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.
